Shipping policy
COUNTRIES TO WHICH SHIPMENTS ARE MADE
TaniniHome can ship to any address within the European Union.
Shipping to the UK, Norway and Switzerland doesn't include taxes, duties and custom fees.
For islands and remote locations, a surcharge of €40 will be applied to the standard shipping cost.
Free in-store pickup is available at our showroom in Florence (Via Maragliano 155).
SHIPMENTS TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
TaniniHome also ships to countries outside the European Union. For orders to these countries, customers will not be required to make an immediate payment at checkout.
Once the order is completed online, they will receive an email with the updated shipping cost and order details.
At this point, customers will have the option to:
- Proceed with the payment, confirming the shipment;
- Cancel the order if they do not wish to accept the proposed shipping conditions.
In case of cancellation, no charges will be applied.

COSTS
Shipping costs vary by country and product category. If an order includes products from multiple categories, only the shipping rate for the highest-priced category will be applied.
You can view the exact shipping costs in your cart by entering the destination country before completing your order.
DELIVERY TIMES
In Italy: products available in stock are shipped from our showromm in Florence and our warehouse in Calenzano (Province of Florence) and are generally delivered within 4-5 working days from the date on which we receive payment.
In Europe: products available in stock are shipped from our showromm in Florence and our warehouse in Calenzano (Province of Florence) and are generally delivered in Europe within 7-10 working days from the date on which we receive payment.
For Non-EU countries, the delivery times will be communicated by e-mail.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday in working hours.
If one or more items in your order are unavailable, the estimated delivery times are indicated on the product pages.
The order will be shipped once all ordered products are ready. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Central European Time = GMT+1) are usually processed on the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed before the following Monday.
DELIVERY METHODS AND TRACEABILITY
In Italy, all deliveries are made via the courier BRT and TNT and SUSA transporter.
Please note that the courier delivers with curbside unloading.
For small orders within the European Union, we use DHL, TNT, and UPS ground services, while for larger orders, we rely on specialized freight carriers.
In most cases, the courier will contact you before delivery to arrange a convenient time within normal business hours. Both couriers and specialized carriers provide curbside delivery only. If you require delivery to your doorstep or inside your home, you can request a quote by contacting customercare@taninihome.com.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipment details, including the tracking number, estimated delivery date, and the courier’s contact information.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Upon delivery, in the presence of the driver, you must write "goods accepted with reservation for inspection" on the transport documents. This ensures that if there are any damages caused by the carrier that are not immediately visible, you will be able to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any damage detected must be reported to us strictly via email within 3 days of receiving the goods and before proceeding with assembly and/or installation.
If deliveries are not signed with reservation, in the event of transport-related damage, it will not be possible to file a claim or request reimbursement for the damaged goods.
FREE SHIPPING
Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €149.
Every now and again, TaniniHome offers free shipping for limited times. If you wish to be notified of this, simply register for our newsletters. The “free shipping” promotion will be applied to your order on the payment page.
INSURANCE
All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage caused by transportation from TANINIHOME to your delivery address. Once the parcel has been delivered and you have signed for acceptance at the delivery address, the insurance cover ends. To ensure your purchases arrive intact and in perfect condition, we mandatorily require a signature for acceptance upon delivery.
