A romantic Christmas shines forth in this year’s Christmas candle from Normann Copenhagen, which is decorated with a mixture of floral nostalgia and graphic typography. Designer Anne Lehmann has been inspired by floral prints from the world of fashion, and has depicted Christmas flowers in this year’s advent candle. She has hand-drawn this year’s print with a naturalistic precision, reminiscent of antiquarian botany reference works. The feminine and lively floral collage has its counterpoint in clean graphic numbers, creating a modern, eclectic style. Normann Copenhagen’s Christmas Candle 2016 is a refined and unique interpretation of the advent candle.
